You have no one else to blame or credit for your success here other than you. We will train, support, and encourage you. We will provide you with all the tools for you to be successful, but you need to bring a few things to the table too! You will be making lots of phone calls to build your customer book of business, so if you have a telemarketing or sales background that will really help you! We also have an existing customer base that you may be assigned to for servicing. Again, the sales background will be helpful. You will be entering the awards you receive into the computer system and then securing and negotiating rates with carriers. You’ll dispatch the freight and follow the load through to completion. (Hence, “cradle to grave”). Our team works M-F 8A-5P here in a great work environment in Toledo, OH right on the Sylvania border.

You are best suited to succeed here if:

* You have a background in sales or telemarketing
* You have a background in freight brokerage or logistics
* You have a STRONG desire to succeed
* You have a competitive nature and a strong ego drive
* You have above-average computer skills, communication skills, and aren’t afraid of working heavily over the telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
